1Interpretation & Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings as defined below, unless the context requires otherwise:

2Membership Eligibility

Registering an account with euwin3 is free and requires no payment. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information is grounds for immediate account termination.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) euwin3 account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation, and all associated accounts will be terminated.
• Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials.
• Euwin3 is not responsible for any losses arising from a member's own disclosure of their password to a third party.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.

Euwin3 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) on any account at any time. This process may include requesting a copy of your identification card, utility bill, or bank statement. 4Deposits & Payment Methods

Euwin3 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via approved local payment methods. We do not accept any foreign currencies or international payment methods.

• Minimum Deposit: RM10 per deposit transaction.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now), Boost, and ShopeePay.

5Withdrawal

Euwin3 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. The following withdrawal terms and conditions apply to all members:

9Account Suspension & Termination

Euwin3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.

If an account is terminated due to a breach, euwin3 reserves the right to withhold or void all bonus balances, bonus winnings, and promotional credits in that account. Any actual deposited funds (excluding bonuses) remaining in the account at the time of termination will be processed for refund once the investigation is concluded, unless the termination was made on grounds of fraud or a legal violation.

10euwin3 Liability Limits

• If a member disagrees with any amendment, they have the right to stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
